CHECKING ACCOUNTS

STOP PAYMENT ORDERS

In the event that a Vermilion Parish School Board issued check received by the named payee is consequently lost, stolen or otherwise unintentionally disposed of, and a request is made of the School Board by the payee to stop payment on the check, any cost incurred by the School Board in doing so may be charged to the payee making such request at the current charge of fiscal agency and depository bank for providing stop payment orders as stated in fiscal agency agreement.
